Guided Trips
Guided Backpacking Trips
Lunar will guide your backpacking trip in the PA State Forests. There will be a trip plan for each trip and two Google Meetings leading up to the trip to be sure everyone is fully prepared for the trip. Individual Consultations are available as well.
Currently taking inquiries for interest in this trip. Options would include a two day fast pack or a 3 day moderate paced adventure. Lunar has done this trail in November and in April. The trail is an excellent trail for testing equipment to prepare for longer distance aspirations.
West Rim Trail (WRT)

The West Rim Trail can be done in 2 to 4 days depending on experience and fitness.
Loyalsock Trail / Link Trail Loop

The Loyalsock Trail / Link Trail Loop is approximately 17 miles with varied and lush terrain.
Donut Hole Trail (DHT)

Guide on Your Side Trips
For the Guide on Your Side Trips, Lunar will support hikers on shorter "thru-hikes" of some local central PA trails. Lunar will support you to learn what it takes and empower you to have the confidence take longer trips on your own. When these are scheduled, each hiker will have the opportunity to a Google Meeting to meet some of the other hikers that will be on trail. A pack shakedown virtual meeting will be available for participants as well.

The Loyalsock Trail is approximately 60 miles. The LT is managed by the Alpine Club of Williamsport.
